Product use
Upload only clothing images you have permission to use. Review generated images and marketing text before publication. AI outputs may alter details and must not be represented as an exact photograph of an actual person or garment.
Service and credits
One generation reserves one credit. Failed backend jobs return the credit once. Introductory credits are granted once per account. Paid initial and renewal invoices add the configured credit allocation; paid credits roll over. Plan changes do not grant additional credits for prorated invoices. Final business terms require review.
Rights and limitations
Define content licenses, acceptable use, commercial output rights, liability, dispute resolution and applicable law with qualified counsel before launch. Provider licenses may impose additional restrictions.
